NEVEREVEN is a brand I developed for J.Crew within my Emerging Brands innovation group.

When incubating NEVEREVEN, my primary objective was to identify a unique space in the market that could complement the existing narratives of J.Crew and Madewell without competing with them. The Emerging Brands Group, which I led, developed NEVEREVEN from start to finish. By combining my entrepreneurial spirit with J.Crew’s resources and structure, we created a new and necessary brand first meeting to in stores in less than a year.

NEVEREVEN embodied foundational principles that improved the brand's value for consumers, set it apart in the market, and paved the way for further innovation. We incorporated features such as no Polyester, no animal products, Sitex clean denim, inclusive sizing, and representative marketing into the brand, all at an affordable retail price. We designed these features to respond quickly to material and supply chain innovations so that we could continually evolve.

With NEVEREVEN, I laid the foundation for a future-leaning brand that could scale into a large brand with a positive impact from its inception.

Born Packed is a next-generation omnichannel travel media platform working to tell unique, impactful stories on our own and with the most forward-thinking brands through commissioned content engagements.

West Elm commissioned us to showcase the evolving stories of six cities across America built around their local artisan program. To achieve this, we leveraged our expertise and resources to develop innovative ideas and create content that seamlessly incorporated the brand's identity with the cities and their featured makers. Our work was featured across the brand, including in-store displays, catalogs, social media, TV first ads, and longer-form films.


A timely, innovative solution for high-quality, accessible women’s fashion.

In the early 2000s, I founded Geren Ford to bridge the gap between high and mass-market fashion. My mission was to offer women's clothing and accessories crafted with the same level of detail and quality as ready-to-wear fashion but at a more accessible price point.

Geren Ford quickly became a successful and well-known contemporary fashion brand sold in hundreds of the world's most significant stores. The brand had a global presence, received impressive global editorial coverage, held runway shows, collaborated with other brands, and had a multitude of organic celebrity and product placements.

Geren Ford was also represented by WME and CAA, established a concept store and brand campus, produced films, and hosted community-building programming.

Hawks by Geren Ford was a long-term, exclusive collaboration with Urban Outfitters. The brand designed and produced six collections annually, distributed in Urban Outfitters stores across the US and UK. This partnership allowed us to reach a new group of customers we couldn't access through a wholesale channel and helped us increase brand awareness while establishing a direct connection with the next generation of our consumers.
